RETURNS

Make sure your order is complete right after you receive the order. We want you to have all you need, so check the selected references, sizes, colors, and models you ordered to verify the items you purchased to align with the items received. 

In case you are not satisfied with what you received, you can make a return within a week after you receive your order. Please contact us at cs@adamantbodyjewelry.com, with the order number and the reference (SKU) of the item(s) you wish to return. Please note we will give credit for your next order or exchange the items.

We can only offer free returns inside the US. On international orders, the return shipping costs are not covered unless the items were faulty.

We are human and sometimes we make mistakes. If we send you the wrong reference, size or color please contact us at cs@adamantbodyjewelry.com within a week after you received your order. In the email please specify the order number, the images, and a brief description of the situation.
