Jewelry Warrantie

ADAMANT BODY JEWELRY offers a lifetime warranty for all manufacturing defects.

The jewelry that goes through the anodizing process cannot be changed and will lose the warranty. It is an additional no-cost service provided by the company, not subject to claims nor returns.  

For international returns in case of warranty, please contact us via email at cs@adamantbodyjewelry.com, with the number of the order, the reference (SKU) of the item(s) to change, the description of the imperfection and a photo. In your next buy, we will send you the jewelry that requires a change. 

For US Domestic and Canada contact us with the same information mentioned above. In this case, we will send you a shipping label with the carrier of your choice, UPS, USPS or Fedex for you to send us the jewelry back and make the return of the items.
